When hiking off the Grünwald Resort Sölden trail, you will find rustic alpine huts. You decide whether you want to start an easy family hike, a challenging mountain tour on one of the surrounding peaks or just enjoy nature.

Tip 1: The rustic Gampe Thaya

After an approx. 1-hour hike from the Grünwald Resort through the wonderfully fragrant forests you will reach the quaint, old Gampe Thaya. Here, you will find only the best of Tirol’s regional products on the table.

Tip 2: The crystal-clear Lake Peerlersee

Reflecting mountain peaks and yes, you can drink the crystal-clear water too. Here, nature is still what nature is supposed to be. And after a 2½ hour hike from the Grünwald Resort, you can take a refreshing dip in the lake.

Tip 3: The mighty Grieskogl

It will take about four hours to reach the 2,906 m high Grieskogl summit from the Grünwald Resort. But the reward for the climb you will get when you reach the top, an unforgettable view.

The Hiking Program is organized by the Ötztal Nature Park and Ötztal Tourismus, and offers truly unforgettable adventures for young and old.

Discover the scenic Ötztal mountains close-by and explore varied fauna and flora highlights together with certified mountain guides. Up-hill and down dale, across verdant pastures and flower-strewn meadows, past crystal clear Alpine lakes, rushing mountain brooks and mighty glacier fields: Ötztal Premium Card holders can choose from free guided Ötztal Nature Park hikes from June to October, comprising easy strolls or more demanding routes for advanced hikers and alpinists.
