Cancellation policy
Are you planning your vacation at the Grünwald Resort Sölden and want to be on the safe side? Here are our cancellation guidelines: Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel free of charge. But don't worry, with our cancellation insurance you are well covered and can enjoy your vacation with complete peace of mind. Simply add the insurance to your booking and look forward to carefree days in the mountains. Your time out is precious - we'll help you protect it in the best possible way!
Cancellation and payment terms
Bookings 61 days or more before arrival:
- Best Value Rate:
- Deposit: 100% payment required at the time of booking.
- Cancellation & Changes: Modifications are not permitted. In case of cancellation or no-show, no refund will be issued (100% cancellation fee).
- Semi Flex Rate:
- Deposit: 50% payment required at the time of booking.
- Cancellation & Changes: Free cancellation or modifications are not possible. For cancellations made up to 61 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 50%. From 60 days prior to arrival or in case of a no-show, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total booking price.
- Flex Rate (Free Cancellation):
- Deposit: No deposit required at the time of booking (0%). Your credit card is used for guarantee purposes only.
- Cancellation & Changes: Free of charge up to 61 days before arrival.
- Important from 60 days before arrival: A 100% deposit becomes due, which will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. Please ensure that the card can be successfully charged. From this point onward, free cancellation or modifications are no longer possible; in case of cancellation or no-show, a 100% cancellation fee of the total booking price applies.
Bookings within 60 days of arrival:
- Semi Flex Rate:
- Deposit: 100% payment required at the time of booking.
- Cancellation & Changes: Free cancellation or modifications are excluded. In case of cancellation or no-show, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total booking price.
