When is check-in time? When is check-out time?
Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Should you arrive earlier, please let us know your approx. time of arrival, so we can get your apartment & chalet ready sooner. Check-out time is 9:30 AM the latest. At an additional cost, you can stay until 11:00 AM or 12:00 noon. If you would like to stay until 11:00, the surcharge is € 10 per bed. If you would like to stay until 12:00 noon, the surcharge is € 20 per bed. Read more.
Are there enough parking spaces?
Usually, there are enough outdoor parking spaces available. In addition, you have the opportunity to park your vehicle in our parking garage. The passage hight of the first garage is 2,10 meter and 2,40 meter in the second one. Read more.
Do I always have to book 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday?
In the main season in the winter, we only rent from Saturday to Saturday. In all other periods you can book from as little as 2 nights. Find out the detailed dates here.
We will arrive late, where do we get the keys?
In this case, you will find an envelope at the entrance of the main building with all information and keys.

What about the payment procedure?
When making a reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total sum has to be paid by credit card or imidiate bank transfer. You can pay the balance on location. We offer the following payment options: Cash, Maestro, Visa, Mastercard and AMEX. Transfer of the total amount in advance.
When do I have to pay cancellation fees?
With your booking, you accept our cancellation policy. In case of cancellation after reservation, 50% of the total price will be charged and in case of cancellation in the 60 days prior to arrival, an amount equal to the total price will be charged. Do you offer an airport shuttle?

Where can I pick up the keys?
You can pick up the key at our reception. You may also check in here. You may also use our quick check-in. To do this, go to our website and fill in the pre-check-in form.
How can I pay locally?
You may use cash, Visa, Mastercard or Amex.
What is the basic equipment in my accommodation?
All cookware, tea towels, dishwasher detergent tablets, kitchen roll, baking paper, organic waste and garbage bags, sauna scents, sauna towels, towels, bath towels toilet paper, soap, sheets, blanket, slippers, vacuum cleaner.
Can I change the invoice after my stay?
No. An invoice already issued cannot be changed afterward.
Do you also have bathrobes?
Yes. Bathrobes can be picked up at the reception for a fee. Currently, we charge € 1,50 per day.
How i get into the village?
How do I get to the village? It is about 20 minutes walk. A taxi ride will cost approx. € 4.00 per person. In the winter time, the ski bus is available free of charge.
Are towels changed daily?
There is only one linen package change per week. You can book a daily linen package here.
Do you have double rooms?
Sorry, no, we are not a hotel and, therefore, only offer apartments or chalets.
Is Wi-Fi free of charge?
Wi-Fi is free throughout the resort.
When is the Grünwald Resort Sölden open?
The Grünwald Resort is open all year excepting May. The reception is daily open from 08:00 - 12:00, on arrival days the reception is open longer.
Is there SKY TV on your site?
No. But we have over 100 TV channels for you. In addition, you have the option to watch movies on AppleTV or similar devices. Just bring your TV stick with you.
Is it allowed to BBQ?
There are no BBQs available at the resort. You are welcome to bring your own. However, it is not permitted to use a BBQ on the balconies (wood).
Is there a reception?
Yes. Our reception area is open daily from 08:00 AM to 12:00 noon. Arrival and departure days are an exception. We are happy to inform you!
Is there an opportunity to do laundry?
Yes. In our resort, you will find washing machines and dryers for a fee.
Are pets allowed? And do you have a dog care service?
Yes. For an additional charge of € 20,- per pet per day, you can bring your pet with you. We also offer a dog care service during the day when you are on skis or other activities. For more information click here.
How does the bread delivery service work?
Our baker will deliver fresh pastries to your accommodation in the Grünwald Resort Sölden. Please note that a surcharge of € 5.00 for bread deliveries on Sundays and Public Holidays will apply. Please order this service at least 4 days prior arrival!
Is there an order list for the bread delivery service?
No. But it is nearly everything available what you know from your home bakery.
Can I also book breakfast, lunch or dinner?
Yes. We fill the refrigerator with all breakfast items. We do not have a breakfast room. You can have lunch or dinner in our resort's own lodge.
When is the Panorama Alm open?
The opening hours of the Panorama Alm are the same as those of the resort. An exception is the fall, to the opening of the valley run and April from the closure of the valley run.
Is there a pizza delivery service?
Yes. The Pizzeria Milano or Atik's Grill deliver your meals.
Where do I book ski lessons?
You can book your ski lessons directly from us at the reception.
Do I need snow chains?
In Austria, winter tires are mandatory, and on snow-covered roads, snow chains are required on some roads. The roads to the resort are usually well cleared, but bringing snow chains is highly recommended.
Are the valley runs open?
Can I buy ski passes? Are the passes available at a discount?
Yes. You will receive the same ski passes with us and on the same terms as at all lifts. We are an official point of sale and therefore cannot offer any discounts on ski passes.
Where can I rent my skis/bikes?
We work together with the sports shop Brugger in Sölden. They will pick you up at our place for free, bring you to the shop and back again. At the end of your stay, your rental items will be picked up again. Please note this service is only available when renting equipment at Brugger’s. It does not qualify as a free taxi service.
Are your apartments and chalets decorated for Christmas?
Yes. During the Christmas season, we decorate your apartment & chalet with Christmas trees and candles.
