Breakfast & Half Board

You can enjoy breakfast or half board at our Panorama Alm. You are welcome to add this option to the booked arrangement shortly before your arrival. Please note that half-board can only be booked for the entire duration of your stay.

• Breakfast: € 18 (children up to 2 years free, 2-6 years -50%, 6-12 years -30%)
• Half board: € 45.00 (children up to 2 years free, 2-6 years -50%, 6-12 years -30%)

Shopping and bread delivery service

• We are always trying to make your holiday as relaxed as possible. Therefore, we also do the grocery shopping for you. Send us a shopping list at least one week before your arrival, and the food will be in your apartment when you arrive. Usually we can deliver nearly everything you know from home. As a service fee we charge for the service € 30,- + 10% of the total shopping sum for each order. For the payment of the shopping order you will receive the receipt on the day of your arrival. Please order this service at least 1 week prior arrival!
  
  
• Our baker will deliver fresh pastries to your accommodation in the Grünwald Resort Sölden. Please note that a surcharge of € 5.00 for bread deliveries on Sundays and Public Holidays will apply. We offer you rolls, corn bread, croissant or bretzel. In addition you can choose from any usual bread you know. Please order this service at least 4 days prior arrival!

Holiday with your pet

Spend your holiday with your pet in Sölden. The Grünwald Resort allows you to bring your pet, so that your four-legged family member can discover the great offer in the Ötztal. Because there is a lot to do, whether in summer or winter time. Directly in front of our resort, you can breathe in the first fresh air of the day while walking your dog. So that your holiday with your pet in Sölden is pleasant for all involved. However, we expect you to follow a few rules. But that should be self-evident to you as a pet owner:

• When outside of the accommodation, always keep your dog on a leash. Take vaccination certificate and dog poop bags along.
• Please keep your pet off the bed and the couch.
• Respect and stay off other people’s property
• We reserve the right to charge a cleaning-up fee if necessary
• Your pet must be registered before your day of arrival
• We charge € 20.- per day. Dog food is not included
• Dog care on request € 40,- per day

Hand / bath towel change & room cleaning service

Our Apartments & Chalets are only cleaned on departure, and only one linen package change is planned. However, if you need fresh towels once a day, or if you want us to clean the apartment or chalet in the meantime, we will arrange that for you, too. Please note that the fees for cleaning your accommodation may differ, depending on the size of the property.

• One time change or daily change of towels: € 3,- per person and day
• Intermediate cleaning depending on size of the accomodation: € 20,- up to € 120,-

Late Checkout

You would like to stay a little longer with us? We understand! Our regular checkout will take place at 09:30 a.m. Depending on availability, we offer you the possibility to sleep a little longer at extra cost. Please note that the late checkout fee is always based on the number of beds in your accommodation.

• Checkout until 11:00 am: € 10, - / bed
• Checkout until 12:00 pm: € 20, - / bed

Washers & dryers

As a guest of our resort, you have the opportunity to wash and dry your laundry. For a fee, you can do wash and dry your laundry in the self-service laundromat, located in the center of the resort. The cost for one washing cycle is € 5.00; one drying cycle costs € 4.00. Laundry detergent is available at the reception at a price of € 1.00 per washing cycle.

Car park

Treat your car to a holiday as well and spoil it with a parking space in our garage. Here, your car is protected from snow, ice or hail. We charge € 10.00 per vehicle for a garage parking space per day.

In the case of a cancellation, we refer you to our cancellation conditions. Therefore, we recommend purchasing a travel & cancellation insurance. 
A suitable travel insurance valid in the European Union will cover refund the cost of any fees incurred.
